How I did this was I put a digital recorder near the TV and just let it go until time ran out on the level. All MP3s must go through what I call "quality control." (of what little quality there is!) Only one track of the SMB1 soundtrack I made years ago passed. I'm in the process of redoing all the other songs. Well, anyway, I FINALLY got to the end screen and music (after trying and dying multiple attempts. This is how I refound the glitch I was telling you about in the classic gaming forums. As it turns out, it isn't really new at all, after e-mailing The Mushroom Kingdom web site, they directed me to showing the glitch in action, and said that they forgot to investigate it further. So maybe it will show up on their SMB1 glitches page. Gee, I have been having an SMB1 fetish lately. Will it pass?
