I do plan at some point going and picking them up since they are pretty cheap now. I had no idea they had made so many games for the Genesis. I wish I could afford to bid... all boxed! you can get them for pretty cheap at Game Stop but they rarely ever seem to have any boxed games for the system....all I have are like 12. Nukey Shay Posted December 18, 2002 Share Posted December 18, 2002 When I was heavily into emu, I had nearly 900 US titles with no duplicates (total folder size was about 4600 files or so)...so I know that many more US titles exist. Probably many more than I already had in rom form as well, since the games usually fell into US/EUR/JAP catagories. Geez...that collection must have cost him $20k if he bought them new! J.Max Posted December 19, 2002 Share Posted December 19, 2002 I'm a recovering hardcore Genesis collector, and I have to say that it's not difficult to collect a lot of games for it (you basically go down to Funcoland and pick up all of the sports games for .29 a piece). It's much more difficult to pick up the rarer titles and especially the Japanese ones like Panorama Cotton, Alien Soldier, etc. Every single game on his list is extremely common.
