tz101 Posted July 25, 2011 Share Posted July 25, 2011 Do other games play fine on that console? If not, then it may be time to thoroughly clean the 72 pin connector. I have not seen NES games go bad, as far as ROM chips and such, but there is always a first time. You did say "Tecmo Bowl", and not, "Tecmo Super Bowl", right? Reason being that Tecmo Super Bowl has an on-board battery for game saves that may need replaced. Just a thought.
