The cable you want is indeed an RCA-to-RCA cable, like this one: http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2103847 (You might be able to find the cable cheaper on eBay). This will connect the 7800 console to the switchbox, but for the best results, you might want to use an F-plug adapter like this one instead: http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2123169 I've found that these adapters produce a much clearer picture than the old switchboxes.
