DJT
I've been pretty happy thus far using the standard 2600 atari joystick on my 7800. No issues with asteroids, galaga, pole position Ii, or food fight. But i just picked up choplifter and now i have a problem. I need a two button controller.. I've seen quite a bit of two button controllers on eBay but will all 2button 2600 controllers work properly? Theres a sweet looking sun com two button I'd love to get, but I just want to make sure... Rex Dart
Two button 2600 controllers? No. You need a two-button 7800 controller.

Yeah, you basically have three options, the Proline, the Propad, or a custom job. The two button 2600 controllers just give you a choice of where you want the file button to be. Some have rewired those controllers two work, but the 7800 uses a weird wireing scheme to make the Prolines work with 1 button games.
