I bought an ink cartridge on ebay which turned out to be expired (by 8 years) and it didn't work, of course, so I tried to open a case and this is the message I got with no explanation as to why. Austin Posted October 4, 2011 Share Posted October 4, 2011 (edited) They require you to wait a certain period of time, IIRC at least two or three weeks, then you open the case through eBay (not PayPal).
