nofrills100
Ha - I coudn't really care less, but I thought i'd share this. Bought a pepsi invaders out of South America back in my early days of collecting, sure enough when I received it I found it had 'hozer' on the board. Pissed but no big deal, didn't pay much, left a neg as it was sold as the real deal. So I had my fun on it, then recently decide to ebay it honestly as a repro - but a day in it gets pulled. A week or so later I relist it without the word 'repro' but instead as 'made by hozer' - one day in, on the first of January I get the email 'account suspended' for 7 days! Of course this is well within ebay's right to do so, no qualms there, but after all the hozer and repro stuff i've come across on ebay, I find it laughable
Frostbite Bailey
LOL. Is laughable a word? If it is that is what I am doing. Cheers, FB

ntavio
It's just eBays loss (of revenue and a fine seller). I can't remember the last time I bought or sold on epay.

Zwackery
Well, I'd like to think that eBay is taking the issue of these unlicensed reproductions more seriously, but my guess is that in this particular instance, those fine folks at the Pepsi Co. / Coca-Cola hold eBay's feet to the fire way better than other IP holders. If you want to press your luck, try relisting the game after your ban without using Pepsi, Coke, or anything that would link the game to those companies.
