No way. I bet someone simply painted or did the vinyl die treatment to it recently in the hopes of "cashing in" on eBay. "Computer Analysis by Liza"... Let's see an auto-booting C64 diskette shoved in there that reads: "Mary Kay promo" or "Mary Kay Inventory", etc...
