FND
By this definition they could put the items in a cardboard box tape it shut and state "Sealed Boxed Un-Opened"
NickelPlate
That's funny. Looks like the guy used his foodsaver or something.
boxpressed
Too bad his last name isn't Factory. Might be worth a name change. Can't imagine that eBay would let this go on if someone raises a stink about it.
Cebus Capucinis
Stuff like this is exactly why I don't collect 'sealed' -- of course, this being a very egregious example of overboard, but there's really not a 100% surefire way of proving that a seal on a boxed game, for example, is genuine, in my opinion. If the shrinkwrapper is subtle about it, it may be very difficult to tell the difference between original wrap and re-shrink. Now, sometimes it is incredibly easy, as in this case, and generally it's pretty easy to tell on a boxed game, but I just always have that voice in the back of my head saying that I can't be 100% sure.....

CorTat-G
If it's sealed, how do they know it includes a manual? Good Point. And if it's "Sealed" How can they say it's "Guaranteed to work normally"? I MEAN LOOK AT IT!! of course that's just me....
eddhead
In the description, he says that it was "professionally sealed for a collection", so I guess he's not lieing- just being very disingenuous. I hate to sound naive, but are there people that actually do this? (in regards to "re-sealing" systems/controllers/ac and tv adapters for collection pieces) In any case, that is DEFINITELY the best deal on a "sealed w/o box" lot I've seen in a long, long time!! What the hell is wrong with people?
+save2600
I hear Seal and Heidi are finally going their separate ways. Always thought they made an incredibly strange pair.
