Atari8bitCarts
Well, for those of you that know me I have mentioned a few times over the last year that I have been working on a little project of mine, a tribute to the website Pitfall Jones. I started using an Atari computer, a 400, back in 1983. I sold it shortly after but for the last 7 years started to get back into collecting. Then I stumbled on the Pitfall Jones website and I became obsessed. My goal was to convert his virtual collection into a real one. I want to thank everyone that has helped me move closer to meeting that goal. Here is my Atari 8-bit cartridge collection. You can compare my images to the http://www.pitfalljo...om/0800-med.htm website to see which cartridges I’m still searching for. It’s been a long year my next objective is to create images of each cart individually. I have a special lighting kit coming next week. Then I plan on creating ATR’s of each since I still have a very hard time finding good ROM’s. fyi: I have two crates filled with cartridge boxes, etc. Here’s to you Pitfall Jones! +MrFish
Nice collection. Did you get your BASIC XE from "8-Bit Classics"? I'm pretty sure those are just repros, not production carts.

Atari8bitCarts
Nice collection. Did you get your BASIC XE from "8-Bit Classics"? I'm pretty sure those are just repros, not production carts. I wondered the same, I got it off eBay. I think it was a repro, but was hoping that someone wouldn't use a multi cart and actually make a label with copyright info and OSS on it. That would just be sooo wrong. Atari8bitCarts
Great Collection! I've never seen that checkbook atari cartridge, is that an actual released cartridge? I believe so, but what is weird I cannot find it on Atarimania, etc? I believe the cart also saved to disk, etc. I swear I've seen the big box image somewhere. Atari8bitCarts
That's a fake. -- Atari Frog http://www.atarimania.com Meaning, Checkbook is a fake. What makes you think that? I got this from a school in California about 8 years ago. I've seen Atari literature on it, I'll now go research it again. And I will post screen shots and a dump then By my account, she's real. But if you mean my XL Basic, yea knock off
