thcarson
I picked up a complete 5200 system that was still in original box and looks unused. I ordered a couple of games from e-bay to test it but all I get is a black screen. I bought the Atari RF tv adapter to hook up to tv but no luck. Is this system shot or is there a fix. If not do you think it would get interest on e-bay for parts or a repair job. Any help is appreciated. I only paid 15.00 for it so thought I had scored but you know how that goes. Thanks, Thomas
+Allan
IAre you hooking this up to a flat screen or a tube TV? Allan
OldSchoolRetroGamer
Is it a 2 port or 4 port console? 4 port requires the specific rf adapter where the power supply plugs into the rf, Edited July 9, 2012 by OldSchoolRetroGamer
thcarson
I tried hooking to flat screen, does that make a difference? I believe it is a 2 port system.
OldSchoolRetroGamer
Depends, hard to know without the specifics of that particular flat screen. Have you ever successfully run any RF console on it? Can you try the 5200 on any other TV?

No special method of changing them. I believe it is the upper left of the 4 largest ones when looking at the board from the port side.
