jetset
My "boxed" collection. As you can see, my boxes are homemade, some came out well...some not so much. I never got into boxes, although I kind of wish I did with my 5200 collection. So, I made my own. Most, if not all the covers are scanned copies I got off the 'net and/or homemade ones I've managed to find over the years (the actual "boxes" are VHS boxes). As for my request, as you can see I have a few naked ladies in my collection. They're the ones in the last pic; CPU's Merry XMAS cart, Final Legacy, Sinistar, Realsports BBall, Meebzork, Xevious, The Last Starfighter, Millipede, Xari Arena, and Track & Field. Can any of you artistic types make me cover art for them? I tried, but I'm REALLY not so good at it. The few I *did* make myself were fairly simple, I just used 400/800 box scans or that of another system's box version. EDIT: Also AtariTris not in the pics. Nekkid. I need a cover for that one as well
FND
Here are a few from way back when the 5200 insert project was running (not sure if that was the name of the thread). Anyway these were done for my Prototype games so the Prototype date is on the picture, should be an easy photo shop fix to either remove or alter the informaion. Since the files are two big to attach I have uploaded them to my web space were you can copy the file from Here is the old PDF for printing and case instructions http://fndcollectables.com/AUCTION_PAGE/SHIPPING/VIDEO_GAMES/INTELLIVISION/MISC/5200_case_instructions.pdf Link to to RS Baseball cover insert http://fndcollectables.com/AUCTION_PAGE/SHIPPING/VIDEO_GAMES/INTELLIVISION/MISC/realsportsbaseball.jpg Link to to Sinister cover insert http://fndcollectables.com/AUCTION_PAGE/SHIPPING/VIDEO_GAMES/INTELLIVISION/MISC/sinistar.jpg Link to to Last Starfighter cover insert http://fndcollectables.com/AUCTION_PAGE/SHIPPING/VIDEO_GAMES/INTELLIVISION/MISC/starfighter1.jpg Link to to Last Track & Field cover insert http://fndcollectables.com/AUCTION_PAGE/SHIPPING/VIDEO_GAMES/INTELLIVISION/MISC/trackandfieldlast.jpg My have a few of the others as well but need to get my other computer back to find them FND

jetset
i cant imagine taking up that much space with homemade boxes Agreed, that's why I never collected boxes (they tend to do nothing for the gameplay). I don't collect to display, or drool at how much they're worth. I collect to actually play the games, so boxes to me are a waste of money and, as you eluded to space. Still, for the 5200 I made an exception.
Atari the Jedi
I like boxes but sealed stuff I am weary of. The only boxed stuff I want are the NES Ninja Gaidens. The games are expensive enough, but your colection is way cool:)

shadow460
Great looking collection! The plastic cases give them kind of a modern look. It's cool when people take time out to make new boxes to replace the old ones that have been lost over the years.
Cobra Kai
Nice collection. Half of my 5200 games are boxed in the original boxes, the other half are loose carts. After I finish up my Jaguar and Lynx sets, I'm going to start hunting for 5200 boxes. Display is part of the fun for me. I see Sinistar in there, I wish I would have jumped on that one when it was available. I still marvel at how well the 5200 can do classic arcade ports. Chuck D. Head
I think they look great! I have always had to put end labels on my N64 carts, and while it works great, it looks like ass. I would like to do something similar, but maybe not as practical as 5200, library-size-wise.

I still marvel at how well the 5200 can do classic arcade ports. It should still be available in the store, but Al has the store offline until after the show this weekend. You can probably have him make one using the custom cart option... I think they look great! I have always had to put end labels on my N64 carts, and while it works great, it looks like ass. I would like to do something similar, but maybe not as practical as 5200, library-size-wise. Yeah I used to have end labels on them, but they always managed to peel off over time, plus as I added homebrews and made new end labels they'd always look slightly different. I never seen that one. It's not a game, just a still pic of an Xmas tree with the lights blinking. Very pretty and a nice conversation piece to have on a random TV during the season. If memory serves, CPUWIZ gave them away as a freebie with a game he sold, or maybe it was a contest? I got mine from another member here who sold it to me. Actually, it was given out for free, for people who donated $25+ to a fundraiser for someone on AA, because they were in deep shit with their finances. It turned out okay, I had to make 50 of them. phaxda
I have one of the Christmas carts, and also my 5200 collection is in homemade boxes; we have very similar collections! I think it's worth the space.
