+thegoldenband
If you have a NTSC system, you can just plug it in. Though the screen will roll, you'll be able to tell what game it is, and if it goes by too quickly you can always take a picture (I did that once to identify a game on a PAL multicart). It's impossible to know the value before we know what game it is, though most protos have at least modest value.

PFL
What happens when you plug the cart in? It might play fine on your NTSC system.
Rom Hunter
Doesn't look like the standard red labeled Activision proto at all. A (crappy) screenshot of the game in play would be enough to tell me what game it is.
Wickeycolumbus
Playing it on an NTSC system definitely won't do any harm. The screen might jump around though making it hard to see.
bomberpunk
perhaps it's the ill-fated Blue Sky Voyaging or the long lost Green Earth Travelling.
