It was 45 dollars with shipping being 10 dollars. I am just beginning to collect Atari and after researching old games

like this for 2 months, I saw this as a deal compared to most rarity guides. It is all functional.

Rarity guides can be problematic. How often are they updated? Who is making the decisions about rarity level and value, and what are those appraisals based on? Do the rarity guides only look at auctions, or do they have data (much harder to get) from private sales (or even non-auction sites)?

 

Anyhow, this was overpriced IMHO, but if you are happy with it and everything works, then your Atari fun should be undiminished.

I don't know, $45 seems reasonable to me. You see other people selling for $200 on ebay. Now that's overpricing!
