Atari 7800 Hardware - Another Reason for Failure?

Oddly, this thread keeps getting refreshed as unread for some reason... About the only thing I can say at the end of this is that Atari 7800 was plagued with "woulda, coulda, shoulda" at a time that Atari needed to be bold and agressive. It wasn't, and, honestly, even though improvements in the audio, memory, and joysticks would have been welcome, it probably wouldn't have changed much in how things played out.
