venom4728a
I found the Mac software disks, there are quite a few. I see a 6.0.4 and a 6.0.5 set and all sorts of applications/utilities. Is this the software you are looking for? Hatta
I think at one point, I was even writing disks for my Apple IIGS from one of my PowerPCs using the previously mentioned drive, then using the same floppy drive to boot the GS! We should point out that this will only work with 800K 3.5" drives, and not necessarily all of them. None of the Disk II based 5.25" drives will work on a Mac. Don't try it or you may let the magic smoke out. Of the 800K 3.5" drives released by Apple, only the Apple 3.5" External (A9M0106) is freely interchangable between Macs and the Apple IIgs. The Unidisk works on IIgs but not Macs, and the M0131 works on Macs but not Apple IIs.

mickster
Moving up to 2020. Is there an easy way to download apple software from Macintosh garden on a pc and then get it over to a spectre partition on an atari hard drive. Didn't know if there are any utilities out there that do this better than the spectre file transfer utility... The crazy thing is, I have my spectre gcr on the web via telnet. (telnet bbs.s) but I don't know how to ftp or web download (or if its even possible). thanks in advance for any help.
