Goochman Posted February 11, 2003 Share Posted February 11, 2003 It provides Parallel and Serial connectors for the 8bit series such that you could hook up industry standard modems and printers. The parallel connector is not the one that most computers use today but a smaller connector on the 850. Nifty to have but prob not alot of use today unless you plan on connecting online.
