XM Pokeys.

I can't claim any "insider knowledge", but I suspect that the number of 7800XMs being produced is small relative to the number of surplus POKEY chips that are still available. Remember that POKEY was used in many more machines than the 5200; it was used in the 400/800 computer series, and also in coin-operated arcades, some of which used more than one POKEY. Extra POKEY chips were produced as spare parts for all of these machines, and there are still lots of them left.

There's also a pokey inside every Ball Blazer and Commando cartridge.
