crash
I couldn't find a high resolution image of the original Cuttle Cart 2 label, so I tried making a new one (My label was flaking and got scratched when I had to disassemble to cart for SD socket repair). I just thought I would share my label:

crash
I realized that I posted the versions without the bleed area needed for printing onto labels. Here are the versions with black printing outside the label area. I sent my image to 8-bit classics and they printed my labels. I can clean up a Paint.NET template for making similar cartridge labels if anyone needs it.
TrekMD
Thanks for posting these! The label on my CC2 is fine but I always wanted to create a cover for the CD jewel case that contains the CD with all the software. I can use one of these for that purpose. I'll see if I can even create something for the CD itself.
TrekMD
I was able to create something for the CD Jewel case and for the CD itself. Here is what they look like done: I've attached the JPG files below for anyone who might want to use them.
crash
Hmmm... where did you get that software cd?
+FujiSkunk
The Cuttle Cart 2 originally came with a CD that included the user manual and some other utlities. You can download what was on the CD here.
TrekMD
Hmmm... where did you get that software cd? It came with the cart when I purchased the CC2. I purchased mine second-hand so I don't know if it was the original CD that came with the cart or one made by the person who sold it to me. The software is all online where FujiSkunk pointed to. desiv
I purchased mine originally from Chad and it came with a CD. Generic with a sharpie written text that said something like "CC2 files" or something like that.. I don't have it in front of me to check, but it was something like that.. desiv
TrekMD
That's what the one I had looked like, so it probably was the original CD that was sold with the CC2.
AtariNerd
***For the idleness of it, I'm trying to jog my memory as I get older and time is moving on. *** There was the utilities CD that came with the CCII. I'm not sure if I'm remembering correctly, but I think with the original Cuttle Cart I, for the Atari 2600, Chad arranged to have copies of 'Stella Gets a New Brain' by the Cyberpunks, included with the first batch of the cart. The original CC came with its' software on a 3 1/2 inch floppy. Has it been that long? On the first run of either the CCI or CCII there was a small issue with the amount of current that the cart drew, meaning that you needed a power supply that was capable of supplying slightly more amperage than the base console was rated. ***Back to your regularily scheduled conversation.***
crash
Oh, okay - I wasn't sure if the CD contained the contents of the Cuttle Cart. I'll have to make sure I have a copy of all of the utilities just in case. Thanks!
