Getting started wth all things VBB

Welp, I've wanted to have a crack at making my own Atari 2600 game with VBB, but there just isn't a "how to make a simple game" tutorial that I know of that isn't the outdated tinkernut tutorial, and that didn't go through everything. I also wonder if there is a tutorial on using the title screen kernal.

Thanks, but with the title screen tutorial the sample .bmp files metioned by tutorial didn't come with my download of the kernal.

When you downloaded the zip file from here, there's supposed to be an examples folder that contains folders called ex1-basic_color, ex2-scroller, ex3-animation, ex4-color_by_flicker, and ex5-player_and_playfield. Each one of those is supposed to have a pictures folder that contains images.

I forgot about the examples folder when downloading it, my bad.

I'll have a look through the tutorials for VBB this week and I MIGHT be able to show something...

When I try to compile:
