Sept 19 hello to all! Haven’t officially communicated in months. I prioritize creating and the last few months I have been very involved in many projects and experiments. So I sincerely apologize to all the people who are messaging me about getting a copy of Neotris MVS. I didn't expect so many requests and my inbox is flooded with messages. I will try to answer everyone individually, but I will say this right now: I did not restart production for Neotris MVS. Now onto the interesting stuff. I had the honor once again to be invited to Stunfest to organize a post with Neotris in 4P in partnership with the Neo Geo Fans Association. This collaboration was renewed at Japan Expo and it was a great experience that I have a fond memory. I've posted a couple of photos. Experiments with packaging including UV printing which allows you to print directly onto cartridges! First tested out on a Neotris MVS 25th special which is beautiful , I decided to launch a mini series of 10 Neotris AES in original packaging, in cardboard box, with the cartridge printed all over the surface! It's currently in production and the final result should arrive in a few days. I also added some photos. Also, I've been working on a new game for 3 months now. It's still at the research, game design and prototyping stage. But I can already tell that it will be a tribute to the Ghosts'n Goblins series, that I will exploit Neo Geo's abilities to the fullest and I will not be alone! The code name of the project: Dance of Death . If all goes well, the game will be released late 2023!!! Finally, to turn the Neotris page and focus full time on Death of Dance, I will be holding an auction very soon with many very rare lots: the #1 Neotris AES and MVS copies, the Neotris MVS special 25th, the mini series of 10 AES with printed cartridges as well... the unique Neotris 4P prototype including cartridge + multitap. I do wish that he would manufacture more of his games for sure Tanooki. I have to give him credit on what he did with Neotris for the AES. When we had the Coronavirus pandemic, he actually refunded everyone's money since he wasn't able to produce the 4 player option add on for the game and was in short supply with parts for the game.. He then offered all that pre-ordered the game the option to replay if they still were interested. The rest that were on stand-by if they declined. At least he didn't run-off with the funds and stiffed people in the end like some have done in the past. As of late I'm not particularly pleased with NGDEVTEAM. All they do is continue to take funds, make newsletters on timeframes they mention for release, and delay their releases anyway. I'm still waiting for 2 games for the AES for them for about 3-4 years now. I always have this hunch that NGDEVTEAM is only the Hellwigg brothers that do all the work on their games and come off thinking it's a whole team developing a title....But that's just me. They do all the garbage you said of stalling, delays, excuses, and then publish a very overly costly run of the game which prices out most sane people, yet then block letting people buy the ROMS for use on a kit or emulator of choice which is disgusting, and maybe some they'll put on some wonky dead format system like dreamcast. They're like Neo-Trolls. I'm usually on Twitter and when I visited Bitmap Bureau's page, I asked them how the game is coming along on one of there tweets that they post in the response section.
