The only way I have played it was on the PS2. Hey Dr. Metal Slug 6 was available originally on the Atomiswave hardware in 2006 after SNK discontinued the Neo-Geo. But it was ported over to the Metal Slug Anthology on PS2, and Wii. The Multicarts have them later on even though SNK never officially developed MS6 for the Neo-Geo. As for the "+" symbol on the Metal Slug games, those were hacks that they used to show some enhancements into the game with some bootlegs included as well. Hope this helps you bro! . Anthony... I can't seem to even beat the first stage of the game, some sea monster. The dumb guide just says it doesn't change depth or fire much, yet in the game it most certainly does. Said it wasn't hard, but when you have 40HP, it fires fast shots, and each hit drops you 5HP it gets ugly fast. I can't seem to maneuver around well enough to get a clean shot as often as I'd like, and when I do the damn thing changes depth before the torpedo gets in. I get too close, then the pos unloads and my HP gets rocked. I can handle the standard xp/cash building n-mission level stuff ok, but it kind of sucks wasting so much time for so little gain just trying to even get to the domus(base) before your fuel is shot, and then I spin around and take out what I can (and a few on the way.)
