Never got around to doing pictures, but finally I have, and the fact I picked up a lot of 12 (2 were junk, and 2 duplicates) yellowed Mini Marquees for $40 shipped I decided to just toss my picture library and re-do the entire mess. The junk was a jacked up Football Frenzy and a poor paper copy of Thrash Rally so no loss, the dupes were Cyber Lip and 8Man which I have and like new -- I'll sell those. The newbies would be: Crossed Swords(JP), Fatal Fury, Magician Lord, NAM1975, Mutation Nation, Samurai Shodown, Sengoku, and World Heroes. $4/avg after the two messed up ones, somewhat less when I lose the 2 duplicates I'll stuff on ebay cheap to move. I really needed of the 8 keepers all but Fatal Fury, Crossed Swords, and Sengoku and I may end up owning them eventually anyway. Not pictured as I put them on their own image finally since they're basically the kit minus the box, the ENG+SPN Bust-A-Move, and a SPN with bezel sticker too Samurai Shodown II. Your pics never fail to impress us at all. Glad that The Super Spy is part of your already amazing collection. From your previous postings with your concerns, and judging by the photos, I think your marquees look fine the way it is now. If anything, you can get reproduction versions if you feel more comfortable without the yellowing. But I don't consider them a burden since it shows its part of the gaming kit. In my personal opinion, it adds character seeing they've been on MVS units promoting the game on the cabinet like its intended to do since day 1. Anthony... My only worry would be they got brittle or warped but they're not, just yellowed. The useless football one I was doing some experimenting on to deyellow but what I ended up doing was in a random spot (despite covering it entirely) eating away some of the red paint along the leftmost vertical red bar in the background.) I was happy with it even though it cost $15 dollars at the time. Other SNK Neo-Geo soundtracks exist that I would like to get as well. The World Heroes version I would like to get next!
