Years go, when I was in High School (yikes that was 30 years ago), a friend had a C64 program he called Pet Person. Many years later I found out the name is actually Little Computer People. Also the only version I know of is German only which sort of sidelined it for me as a universal game.. Mclaneinc Posted September 6, 2014 Share Posted September 6, 2014 (edited) Cheers aha, would you be kind and see if there are any cheat versions there and dump them but I expect you have already have and let Starwindz know if they need special settings like Basic, OSB, OSA or similar, would make his life easier, the standard target system is a XL so if they boot up on that then you don't need to add settings, only if they are NON XL or need r/w, accurate loading and the like. A couple of observations: If a game has only two screenshots, then the third window on the left shows the previous game's screenshots if it had three. Reasons for game removal are Copyright Bad dump Demo or / and unfinished And games too generic for the GB, there were a number of games that were very very similar and not stunningly good so for me were not really good for the Best of GB. I didn't remove that many but its nothing personal. The demo's / hacks have to go as part of the policy unless they are exceptional. The IK+ may get removed because its either bugged or has an issue with Altirra where there's lines on the screen and it freezes at times and needs the START key pressed to carry on, asking Avery about this one but I think its a duff version. Mclaneinc Posted September 7, 2014 Share Posted September 7, 2014 I'm a little behind on the one to one because of the check up on those, treat it as a side task so a release isn't put back because of it.. The fix so that single game images will boot without the image choice window will solve most of the checks for me as I don't have to select a default image then, cuts the paper work down So far the biggest issue is multiple versions in one zip and which one is the right one to use, people often presume that numbers after version one mean its a better version of the game which isn't always the case, it mostly means its a slightly different crack or rip so its allotted a version number based upon the fact that its CRC / MD5 is different to others. So, if there are 5 versions it does not mean that v5 is the best one to use, hence the one to one check...Boring, slow but needed..
