+grips03
A year or two ago I made some Atari 5200 joysticks. Here is the pcb I used. I drew in Eagle. They can be printed at OSHpark.com. If using for control/keypad/2 action buttons, only install (6) left side resistors. Please note you need a joystick that supports (2) normally open, and 2 normally closed microswitches. pcb mounting holes are for NeoGeoX controller. Use a 3x4 matrix keypad. Post #25 here has lots of good details on wiring. Rev6 - pcbs labeling is 100% right http://atariage.com/forums/topic/219837-atari-5200-digital-arcade-stick-with-keypad-and-rapid-fire/ Enjoy! atari5200-rev6.zip Edited November 11, 2014 by grips03
