kisrael
10 years late (yeesh) but making good time, I've improved the sample code on do re bB, the pre-eminent (I assume - feel free to tell me otherwise) guide for newbies who want to make music on the Atari 2600. My old code was bad for two reasons: there was no excuse for using 3 variables instead of 2 (and if I really needed a temp variable it probably should have been one of the bB built-ins, like temp5) and something in how I was doing pointer arithmetic and -1 was breaking the loops on modern bB/DASM. I'm pleased webtune 2600 has lasted so well... I think that's the best way of figuring out what notes to play, if you're thinking in terms of Western music!
