STGraves
I'm trying to use the pfscroll function in my game, but I also want to make the playfield solid, is there any chance that I can acomplish it?. Thanks.
+Random Terrain
If you mean you just want the colors to scroll and not the playfield pixels, that can be done with the DPC+ kernel: randomterrain.com/atari-2600-memories-batari-basic-commands.html#ex_dpc_scroll
STGraves
No, I want the playfield to scroll but I want the character not to be able to pass through the "walls" kind of like a solid block
+Random Terrain
That's a totally different question, then. You're asking for the sprite to collide with the playfield instead of going over it or behind it while the playfield scrolls. Check out the Princess Rescue code: atariage.com/forums/topic/215171-princess-rescue-batari-basic-source-code/
STGraves
That could help but my game as you may know doesn't scroll only horizontally but also vertically, and I don't know how to mix it with my current code.

Then try this: atariage.com/forums/topic/218190-smooth-vertical-scrolling-from-data-want-4-way/ Remember that trying things out in little test programs lets you experiment without needing to mangle the code in your game.
