bikeguychicago
If I purchase a trak-ball off eBay that is marked as untested, what is the chance it will work with 100% certanty? Do the trak-balls have the same issues with keypads/buttons that the standard controllers do? Any advice as to what I should look out for would be appreciated. Thanks! toiletunes
If ANYTHING on Ebay says 'untested,' expect the worst. Untested could mean 'tested and unworking' Also watch out for 'it worked last time' Any time I buy 'untested' and it works, that's a bonus. Nutsy Doodleheimer
Just be cautious and buy at your own risk on an untested item. The buttons on trak ball controllers are nothing compared to the standard joysticks. All the buttons work great. The fire buttons feel flimsy and cheaply made. When you get a trak ball controller. Most importantly just take it apart and clean the inside up and free it from lint and other sorts of debris. Also clean the cue ball with some soap and water. I love my trak ball. Highly reccommended!! The prices are ridiculous for them on ebay.
