eBay Auction -- Item Number: 1417257349591?ff3=2&pub=5574883395&toolid=10001&campid=5336500554&customid=&item=141725734959&mpt=[CACHEBUSTER]

If I'm not mistaken, the cartridge never had a wrap-around label, it was always two, front and spine, and it was more matt looking.

Seller mentions instructions is a copy, but the cart just looks wrong and also to new/shiny.

Think you should inform him it is a repro. Can't read what he wrote, but if you're asking, he must not have mentioned it. Then if he doesn't change the description, report the item to ebay saying it's a repro.

That's where your fault lies. Ebay will ONLY remove it if you list it as a repro. If listing does not say repro ebay will not remove it.

I told the seller, he said "Thank you" (In the auction, seller doesn't mention it's a repro, but he says game will increase in value. It also says he lost the original box years ago. He does say that the manual is a copy of the original)

I don't know if it's illegal to sell a reproduction on Ebay, or at least against their policy. I guess you can always say it's a re-issue. Reprint comics and reproduction trading cards are always sold, though they usually are official from companies. Well, if they aren't supposed to be selling those games, then I say let the listings get taken down.

If a company counts as a person, a person should be able to count as a company right?
