goldenegg
eBay doesn't allow the sale of unauthorized reproduction items. People should report these to eBay.

CPUWIZ
Trust me, it happens all the time. But yes, at least he is upfront about it, but the next person who buys said box, may not be.
tep392
Two questions. 1) How many suckers are there out there that he has sold two reproduction "Polo Prototypes" at $215 - $350? 2) How can someone this unscrupulous not get banned? edit: the 1st Polo was not described as a reproduction
CPUWIZ
I can't ban people for listing stuff on ebay, Al can decide on ethics. I did however send him/her a PM a while back, about taking my wife's artwork for making repros of one of our releases.

Omega-TI
I wish Ebay had a personal blacklist that people could enter into their personal account data. That way if one forgot a year or two in the future, it would remind them that, "You have blacklisted this user and do not want to purchase from them". Now if Ebay kept track of all these personal blacklists and patterns emerged, they might be more inclined to take action on some of the more notorious sellers.

Well it does have a blocked list you can place people on so they can't purchase from you. It could be used as a means to remind you of users you don't want to buy from. Site preferences-> selling preferences-> buyer requirements-> edit "link"-> blocked list "link" all the way down on bottom right.
