Apparently a Gauntlet cart with all the label scraped off. And he's asking ~$300 for auction, and ~$600 for buy it now. No one in their right mind would pay that much. I was looking on eBay, and the only thing that turned up was this -> http://www.ebay.com/itm/Official-Pixels-Past-AtariAge-Atari-Age-Gauntlet-ATARI-2600-Video-Game-System-/301800919172?hash=item4644bc9084:g:nQAAAOSw6dNWSkyA, but since it says it's from Atari Age, you could probably pick one up in the AA store.

It's a reproduction copy of Gauntlet, and the seller has tried to obscure the nature of this copy by damaging the label. You can read more about it in this thread, which talks about a fake copy of Red Sea Crossing the seller also sold:
