TXG/MNX
Yes but are they not part of an Atari upgrade ? Just checking before I get rid of it. Sent from UMI hammer with Tapatalk
catmando
I think you are both wrong, it looks like the internal SCSI board from a CLAB MKII Falcon

Mark_G
Also Interested. I've a Clab Falcon MKII without this board, and want to complete the system. Want to pay a good price. Edited February 3, 2016 by Mark_G
ParanoidLittleMan
I think you are both wrong, it looks like the internal SCSI board from a CLAB MKII Falcon SCSI with 40 line cable, where one end leads nowhere ? Board without chips ? Do I missing something here ? Really looks like someone's bad joke
Robson
SCSI with 40 line cable, where one end leads nowhere ? Board without chips ? Do I missing something here ? Really looks like someone's bad joke Clab mod desoldered the resistors from the board and replaced with pins where this board connects. So an internal scsi mod. 40-50 looks weird that's for sure. http://www.atari-forum.com/viewtopic.php?t=20260 Edited February 3, 2016 by Robson
ParanoidLittleMan
Thanx Robson. I woold call it Falcon internal SCSI cable with connector. Maybe 2.5 inch SCSI is with 40 pin conn ?
+rdemming
Thanx Robson. I woold call it Falcon internal SCSI cable with connector. Maybe 2.5 inch SCSI is with 40 pin conn ? If you look at the pictures later in the Atari Forum thread, at the other end the cable plugs into another PCB that plugs into a 3.5" SCSI drive. Thus it is a custom SCSI cable needing an adapter board. A 2.5" SCSI harddisk has a 54 pin connector.
Robson
MK II has 2.5" SCSI. MK-X has the 3.5".
ParanoidLittleMan
Nice . I stick to CF - much smaller and 2x faster than SCSI on Falcon.
Robson
Also Interested. I've a Clab Falcon MKII without this board, and want to complete the system. Want to pay a good price. I have to withdrawn my interest. Thanks all.
