Parallax Scroll
mods: please remove the other topic from Genesis sub-forum, this my finished version, thanks This is for Thunder Force III fans, every magazine article I could find from ~1990 on the king of Genesis scrolling shoot 'em ups. Yes, you'll notice a mistake here and there, as was the norm for video game magazines. I remember every one of these articles. The last image is the ending, so don't look if you don't wish to have it spoiled. Enjoy. icemanxp300
Good game but too short. I beat it on my 2nd try.... first try was learning the controls lol. I think it was only like 40 minutes max? Nice pics.

Parallax Scroll
The leap in graphics from Thunder Force II in 1989 to III in 1990 was just incredible, especially considering both cartridges used the same 4 megabits of ROM space. triverse
In the first issue of RETRO Gaming Magazine I compared Thunder Force III and Thunder Spirits. The PDF is available for free on my site, link in signature. Not sure you would want to include the feature here with such vaulted sources but you are welcome to. To access the options menu hold down A, B, C, and Start at the title screen then release A, B, and C. Also, big thanks to Parallax for the great articles! Thunder Force III on the Genesis is by far my all time favorite horizontal scrolling shooter (with possibly my favorite soundtrack of any game ever) so it was a real treat getting to see all this literature for a game I so adore! Parallax Scroll
Bump. I came across a far better, much higher resolution flyer for Thunder Force AC.
