yerzmyey
Hi. We'd but the cart in its the best version (SD one, I rekon) but I have a question - maybe somebody of You already checked this out: will the demos also work with the cartridge? I mean progs like this http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=62944 and a YouTube vide of it: This file, for example, is in the *.bin format and it's 32Kb big. I would be grateful for some infos. Thanks.
+SpiceWare
Sure. Do note that it's a PAL demo so if you're using an NTSC Atari your display may not be able to sync to the picture. If it can, like my C= 1084S, then the colors will be wrong.
Mr SQL
Hi yerzmyey, it would be awesome if you wrote compositions for the 2600! the programmer who wrote the demo has just released a music sequencer/tracker I think you would like, it's on the Atari 2600 programming forum. As for the 2600 music - who knows, KK made some interesting engine (although - I fear - without an editor, hahah). And in this case - which one would You have in mind? This one http://atariage.com/forums/topic/250014-tiatracker-a-new-sound-routine-and-sequencer-application/ or this http://atariage.com/forums/topic/250313-another-tracker-application-for-the-2600/ Best wishesssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mr SQL
The first one, it was written by Kylearan the author of the demo you linked and has an excellent manual. The other Tracker looks pretty cool too though I haven't checked it out.
