roadrunner
How is this seller able to sell all this Atari themed stuff.Shirts, sweatshirts, totebags, ottomans...etc.Asteroids, Centipede, Pong, Football, Tempest, Missile Command...etc. Wouldn't Atari or whomever owns the trademarks for this put out a cease & desist?http://www.ebay.com/itm/ATARI-BLAST-LIGHTWEIGHT-TOTE-BAG-2-SIDED-PRINT-/172253476177?var=&hash=item281b1b7551:m:mlP5ftXT4bslzgkvZj4d5AQ Edited June 25, 2016 by roadrunner
+GoldLeader
It might depend on whether or not anyone is paying attention. I Did notice an Atari shirt in their items that said 'Licensed", but who knows? I remember little things that I know people were getting away with around 10 years ago, like Asteroids themed kitchen magnets and stickers etc. And I have a clock in my Atari room that I bought off Ebay. It has an Atari logo and the seller wrote "This is a high quality promotional item", when I'm sure in reality, he bought a clock at WalMart and then printed up a background for it and laminated it. It was cheap so i didn't mind, but his description was misleading...
Shawn
How are they doing it? With a sublimation printer I'm assuming.
