VidGameKing
Hey all, I'm cleaning out a bunch of stuff from my garage, and I decided this is going to go, it's nothing fancy, but if you are interested it's up for sale on ebay eBay Auction -- Item Number: 302053203143

atari181
Almost $72 to Ohio. I assume you guessed high on the weight. I have shipped lots very similar to California for about $
VidGameKing
Well the whole kit weighs about 23 pounds with out me wrapping everything so I figured about a pound for a box and bubble wrap and peanuts and what not. So not high on the weight... This is what sucks about ebay, you get punished for listing the item's actual weight. Ebay really wants you to take a loss on shipping... spacecadet
Shipping rates *have* gone up a bit recently. And the size of the box matters too - what did you put in for box size?
VidGameKing
30x20x16 It's an amazon box that everything will fit into nicely w/o getting beat up
icemanxp300
30x20x16 It's an amazon box that everything will fit into nicely w/o getting beat up Holy hell man no wonder you are paying out the ass on that. 9600 cubic inches. You need to keep all your packages at or under 1728 cubic inches or you get hammered. Get a different box asap. Get something like a 16x12x9. Just make sure all three multiplied is 1728 or less.
AtariBrian
What the .. I just recently shipped a 39 pound box to Texas for 27.00 through ups . You are going to miss out on some money due to that shipping being so high ... obviously .
VidGameKing
it "fits" in a box that 16x13x13... but that is with zero padding. One would expect everything to be individually bubble wrapped and have space enough for popcorn around to properly protect the equipment... icemanxp300
use two boxes then. I did that when I sold my last Atari. F-USPS. I made them deliver two packages instead of one and it was still a lot cheaper.
