So I was going through my stuff and I noticed the first ten pages of a comic book I make sometimes. In 1994, I started making a comic book called "Bill and George." After 536 issues, however, it became apparent that I had no ideas left for what they could do. So I was looking through my comics and papers I drew about 6 years ago and came across issue 1 of "Bill and George Quarterly." which was made in 2000. Apparently back then I had so many ideas I could do a whole other comic book of them. It only lasted an issue, and even though the title of the magazine has "quarterly" in it, about once a year, I do one. Especially good this year since the last issue of "Bill and George" was in September. So I made this. I was up until 1 am last night working on a script of a TV show that will never be produced. So I guess I have plenty to do and am actually not bored at all. I thought about scanning all 16 pages for you to read, but there's pretty NSFW stuff that happens in this issue, so I didn't. The only thing I did scan from this issue was the cover:

It became clear that I needed to clean my scanner (no pun intended). I had bits of black dots that came up, and it's because the scanner is filthy. So I went through Photoshop, first to darken the pencil lines so they became visible, and then erased the dots by hand. I tried cleaning it with a damp washcloth and it didn't work all that well. There's still little dots that come up in everything I scan that I erase by hand. I'm wondering if Windex could be used. Or if it would hurt the scanner?
Anyway, Christmas is tomorrow morning and I need to be awake at 9am. Which is hard since I've apparently turned my life around so I'm sleeping until 11 or noon or so.
