DanthWader
Do they work with the 7800? When were they manufactured? What company is responsible? I found this on a Japanese bidding site like Ebay. Thought Id share! -Dan
SignGuy81
If not wired up for it internally I'm sure you could rewire it to work with the 7800. Probably a Master System controller but I'm not sure.
SignGuy81
Could also be from a nockoff NES or something but doubt it since there is no start or select buttons.
SignGuy81
Apparently after doing some research it is for this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MSX I found a couple more controllers just like the ones you showed us and they say they are for the MSX on other ebay listings.

0078265317
I got one of these off ebay and it is super awesome. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Champ-Power-Pad-100-Turbo-Controller-Sega-Genesis-/172919237664?hash=item2842ca2c20:g:t3oAAOSwwVpZ3XTV Surprising it does not work and does nothing even direction pad. But with a seagull adapter it does everything. All directions work. Also bottom row first button does not work. But the other 2 work. And top row nothing. And start, mode, slow, and turbo buttons do nothing. But 2 buttons and dpad is all you need like the original 78's. You get used to it after a while. Rounded edges make this really comfortable. It was a little thicker than expected. Thicker than a Super Nintendo controller. But not too bad.
