They probably offered the salvage yard owner $0.50 for with a mind to resell it for a $74.50 profit right then and there. He is a junker though looking at everything. Probably works at a yard or has access to one as anything mostly used and a few not are all in similar shape so it's dump goods. He's just asking too much for dump goods though in this case. With an added proper pic of the inside with the back off just so people could see the board would likely set a sale depending how intact things are inside for salvage.
