mtarallo
wow so cool In one of the pics in the listing you see an area where the cart PCBs go - those are stack card slots right behind the selector switch. I took apart some of my 5200 carts to clean them - and they look exactly like those in the pics.
+x=usr(1536)
Anyone ever see one of these systems? DId it use normal 5200 carts? Yes, and yes. And if anyone does end up dropping close to $4K on this... You took yourself to the cleaners.

Zonie
I saw them. Embassy Suites had them in the Sunnyvale property. Goofy.
+wongojack
Cool but man, talk about a bad console to put into a hotel. No way those controllers lasted for more than 1 or 2 guests.
BassGuitari
Was it the Spectravision Gangster Alley, Nexar, Mangia…... company? No.
Shawn
Odd that the system operates on channel 12?
Jess Ragan
It was some company called SpectraDyne... I'm not familiar with that one. Pretty neat bit of history, but yeah, there's no way I'm paying 4K for that thing. I probably wouldn't even have paid to play it in a hotel. atari181
It has been on Ebay well over a year. It was listed for much more if IRC. Thread from last year on the same item http://atariage.com/forums/topic/264467-spectravision-hotel-video-system/?hl=%2Bspectravision+%2B5200+%2Bhotel&do=findComment&comment=3744375
Atari_Bill
Seller is one that typically posts items at rediculous prices that never sell.
