+sm3
This looks cool! I didn't even know they were working on this. If you have an ACA500plus or ACA500 you can use this for ethernet access on your Amiga 500: https://forum.icomp.de/index.php?thread/38-first-pictures-of-the-x-surf-500/ Preorders will be opening soon per the forum posts. Seems to be about $92 plus shipping, so might not be for all. I purchased one of those wifi232 modems for my Amiga 500, but I'm a sucker for these types of things and have both the ACA500plus and the original ACA500 to play with as well. It's cool icomp.de finally opened a forum. Now we have a more visible place to get support for our icomp products and see what problems others are having as well.

vectrexroli
Interesting, love my ACA500Plus, but unfortunately again no WiFi, so another annyoing cabel hanging out. Let´s see if it at least will fit also in that nice acrylic ACA500Plus case from the German A1k forum.
+OLD CS1
I resolved my issue with cables all over the place by using a LinkSys/Cisco wifi bridge. It has four ports and can link an entire separate segment to a network via wifi, essentially a transparent bridge. It is still a cable from the computer itself, but not laying around the room. vectrexroli
Yeah using a Netgear ex 6120 for my X-Surf 100 on my Amiga 4000, there it does not matter so much as there are tons of cables around that thing anway, but on the A500 it is a bit of a different story. obitus1990
Overpriced, as usual, for what it is. I'd much rather see an SPI interface for the clockport on the ACA500+, if that is possible, so that you can put a cheap ethernet or wifi module on it, much like the Wicher turbo card does.
