I love Necromancer!!  I'm constantly flipping between it and Oils Well on the cart. Lose after a few rounds of OW,  then move to Necro.. get my butt handed to me in Necro and switch back to OW...  

 

I was wondering if anyone knew: Which came first, Oil's Well or Anteater? And was Anteater ever released for a home system?

I believe that "Oil's Well" was released by Sierra On-Line in 1980, but may be off by a year or two. "Anteater" has a slightly later copyright date (1982?), and Romox definitely did release it for the 8-bits. I'd contact Rob Catron if you're interested in acquiring a copy, as I know that he recently won that game off of eBay.
