what is the best available TIA code (vhdl/verilog) available today?

I would like to get started with some FPGA experimenting on the 2600. The first thing I wanted to do was to replace a TIA chip in a vader board with an FPGA and see if I could get equivalent system functionality out of it. What is the best currently available TIA code out in the public domain? Or that anyone would be willing to share with me. Is there anything better than the original a2601 code from retromaster back in 2010? My target platform is one of the altera cyclone iv development boards, possibly the de0-nano.
