spongebue Posted July 20, 2003 Share Posted July 20, 2003 I think if more people knew it had existed (even if there had been more display/demo models at Electronics Boutique and other stores), the appeal of a full-color, backlit handheld gaming system would have drawn some crowds, if not in the same degree as people flocked to the much-inferior Game Boy. That's what I was thinking. If the lynx beat the gameboy at christmas of 1990, it would have lasted much longer. If it changed like the gb (advancing into gbc then gba) We would be playing PS2 quality games Another reason the gb won was because it was more battery efficient and smaller.
