I need help in finding of schematics of a homemade russian TTL arcade machine (read more from here) from this book: M.A. Ovechkin, DIY video games. I couldn't dig up very much information about the book nor the author (googling his name just came up with pictures of some hockey player). Good luck with finding this book or the schematics from it.
