mickey Posted November 5, 2003 Share Posted November 5, 2003 If you used the FT245BM USB chip you dont have to use the max232 chips and supporting gear. So space shouldnt be a problem, I ended up changing mine very late, after I had delivered a working product. It was a perfect drop in solution, no problems at all.
