boxpressed
I haven't watched this channel before, but I've never seen so many sealed retro games before. And they're organized!
godslabrat
Very cool, but did seem like a few very cool very retro gems mixed in with a lot of GameCube/PS2 era overstock... which is cool in its own right, but you can't compare sealed Impossible Missions with Batman on GameCube. Eltigro
Yeah, I like the channel. They're goofy, but you can tell they have fun. Met Aaron (the guy in the jean vest) at PRGE and he seems like a really nice guy. Anyway, as far as this video goes, yeah... I didn't see much that I actually would want. Even the Impossible Mission II... just not that interested in. I'd love to go through some of the hardware that was there, though... saw some boxed Sega controllers and such... and I'm sure there's some games in there that I'd like, but weren't featured in the video. Would like to roam about with a few hundred dollars and see what I could pick up.
PikoInteractive
Yeah I know bobby! He has a lot of stuff, he does have a lot of GBC, GB, GBA and PSone. but there is N64, SNES, Genesis, and lots and lots of PS2, Xbox, GC, and later platforms. boxpressed
It was kind of cathartic to watch this video, in the sense that you get to visualize what you thought was a dream and then realize that nah, I'm good. It's fun to see and all, but the video makes me want to downsize my collection even more.
+GoldenWheels
I work in DVD and Blu Ray overstocks...every once in a while I see a list where a warehouse still has sealed SNES games. Always the same 2: Desert Strike and Super Black Bass. Sometimes I see a few Genesis titles, and I have seen and bought (for my own resale) cases of NOS "Game Axe Colors". I will also say, there are warehouses of sealed VHS in the US still.

Is anything currently going for top dollar when in reality there's a huge surplus? Or is it all stuff that's already filling $5 bins?

I see a good amount of DVD/Blu Ray lists in my work from all over the US, and have to go over them tooth and nail....there's no real hidden stockpiles I have seen. Not of GOOD stuff anyway! Best thing I found was the Game Axe Colors. Bought their last case of 6 or 8 for 8 bucks a pop. Sold them singly for almost 100 on ebay. Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd....I probably just ruined my market for the four I have left! It is AMAZING to see some stocks of PS3 and others out there. Not a lot of games, BUT the games they have are in HUGE numbers. I do know there are places with thousands of copies of certain PS3 Call of Duty games, etc.
boxpressed
I was surprised to see the Lunar games as well as the Dreamcast consoles. I've seen a couple of PS3 titles NIB at this store called Five Below (nothing more than $5).

Now apparently it's less than a Retron 5. Amazing.
