What cable do I need to connect to modern tv?

Recommended Posts

I have an Atari Falcon modded with a CenTurbo II Rev. B accelerator installed that I'm eventually looking to sell, but need to test everything out first so I'm not super concerned with quality and everything like that. I have both adapters for VGA output and Composite output and composite would seem like the easy choice, but it's a 16-Pin DIN? Like I said all I'm trying to do is check to make sure everything boots up and runs properly and if it doesn't to then be able to diagnose it. What would be the simplest way to get it to output onto a modern television?

Not really sure what you mean with 'have both adapters' - it goes in Falcon's 19-pin video connector, and what is on other end ? 16 pin DIN connector ? But you need for composite signal simple cable what leads composite signal and GND to TV. Like Scart connector - that's what new TVs have in Eu .  They may be special just composite input on some TVs - RCA ? . And some may not have it at all.

VGA way is what should work with every newer TV, monitor.

Yes, I have an adapter that plugs into the atari falcon and then one has and 16 pin din on the other end and the second one has a vga on the other end. I'm just looking for something I can use that will allow me to display it on my tv
