So I went to this website (German only). There I found two homebrews (Hugohunt and Pilot X, the latter was unknown to me), which are down ports of German Atari 8 Bit (Hugojagd) and C16 (Pilot X) games. Have a look, pretty cool stuff! +Karl G Posted December 3, 2019 Share Posted December 3, 2019 I've never seen the originals for either of these games, but I have to say that I'm very impressed with Hugohunt! It's a unique-looking puzzler, and those are in limited supply on the 2600. It seems like Pilot X needs a bit more work, as it has an inconsistent number of display lines (which the author acknowledges), but is still pretty cool. I wonder if the author knows about AA forums? I really enjoyed the Hugohunt demo when it first appeared a couple of years ago but forgot about it after the author stopped posting new developments. Was a final version ever released? Pilot X sounds very interesting. I'm looking forward to trying it out when I have some time.
