DracIsBack
Back in the day, I was a 130XE owned, which I sold after I finished high school. More recently, I bought an XE Game System and have been collecting the cartridges for that system. Wondering - what were the last cartridges Atari released for the "Atari XE" before they pulled the plug on it and the 8-bit line? Also did anyone ever get to see the XE versions of MIDI MAZE and Xenophobe?
Tempest
Well the highest part number was for "Into The Eagles Nest", but I'm not sure if that was the last one released (although I would think so). Also did anyone ever get to see the XE versions of MIDI MAZE and Xenophobe? I've seen Midi Maze, and it looks so cool. I believe someone is working on getting that released. I've been told by a friend that he has Xenophobe, but I've never seen it. Tempest
+davidcalgary29
I'd think that "Thunderfox" would've been a fairly late release, too. I never did see that one in any Canadian computer store (or in "Toys 'R Us", for that matter) during the life of the XEGS, and have never found one in the wild here. DracIsBack
Thunderfox is a brutally hard game. I wonder if anyone has ever beaten it? I usually die a few seconds after starting the game.
Tempest
Yes I can't play it eaither. It's very hard and very fast. Tempest
